I signed up to work with this company May 20 of this year. I signed all documents, and faxed them out. I then got confirmation from the bank saying that they were looking into our files. Then about 3 weeks later I received foreclosure papers from the bank, and the supreme court asking for a response letter. So, I typed up a response letter and sent it out. I asked what was holding things up we were told "oh only a couple more weeks things are looking good no worries"(exact quote). Then a week later I get a call stating that the attorney we hired was under review for questionable acts against clients (taking the money and NOT doing what was proposed). We were told that we would still be taken care of and that things were still pushing forward. I haven't been able to contact a single person from this firm, NONE of the telephone numbers work and the website e-mails do NOT go through. After they made contact with our bank and set things in motion they drafted $1500 from our account. Another $750 was to come out last week, but after the investigation we were told it wasn't going through and only the $1500 would be taken.
