You can't find any customer service for help. The numbers 888-993-2888 and 877-993-2888 do not work (it is just a robot machine playing music). They don't reply to any emails. They sold me a dead battery and I returned it back to them but they are not
willing to refund me. I am going to call my Credit card company for payment hold. They are fake and scammers. Don't order anything from them. I was misguided by the adds made on their website.
