I purchased a battery for my Macbook from Laptop Battery One. On a good note, I received the delivery much earlier than expected. Unfortunately the battery did not fit my macbook. It would have to be forced into my Macbook in order to lock it in place. So, I called and asked how I was suppose to return it. I was told to email them so I could receive a RMA number to include with the return package. Sure, no problem. I sent the first email and received a reply the same day saying that I had not included enough information. So I emailed them again with what I thought was enough information (since I never heard anything back from them). I mailed the battery back to them with everything they asked for. I did not receive a credit until over two weeks later and it was not for the full amount. So I called to ask why. I was informed that I did not include the correct battery number which they needed to determine if I had ordered the wrong battery (which I did not). I do not understand... if this was an issue, why didn't they contact me? So, I called back again about 20 minutes later with the battery number and got someone different. She was much nicer and informed me that they charged me for the initial free shipping. I do not agree with this but at least I understand now. I have no idea what the other customer service representative was talking about! What a hassle! They should work on their return process and finding representatives who do not call their customers "Honey".
