They promised to lower my interest rate to between 2-3% and they said that I qualified for a loan modification so they could take my money. I got sucked in. They took $1,700 of my money and they didn't get any loan modification for me and I requested to get a refund back from them as per our agreement to let them keep $595 processing fee and return the rest. Now, they won't return my money.
SCAM - they keep changing company names and phone numbers.
