This is a company who first sent me countless unsolicited emails after I bid on one of their Ebay car auctions.
While I have already filed a complaint against this company with the BBB, I am getting new phone solicitations since my complaint.
Next, they sent me literally dozens of unsolicited computer-recorded phone messages, advertising upcoming auctions, in spite of the fact that I'm listed on the national 'do-not-call' list.
I filed a complaint (ID #98290541) with the BBB about the ongoing illegal phone calls. The BBB responded that L.A. Public Auto Auction had responded to them, saying that they had removed me from their phone list. The day before I received this mail from the BBB I got another phone call. Now it is 2 days after the BBB notice, and I have once again received another unsolicited phone call.
They have their nerve, but no shame.
I will continue to fight this company's illegal phone calls through the BBB and the 'national do-not-call' website.
