I had a reservation for moving from 1 bedroom apartment to 2 bedroom apartments at 9 am. The movers called me 30 minutes before and said they are running late because of technical problems with a truck. I was really disappointed, so I started to call the company and they explained me that there was something wrong with the truck and they were very sorry for this inconvenience so they sent me their movers as soon as everything was fixed. Finally they arrived soon. I must say the guys were experienced and all my belongings were in great condition. They were polite and courteous. At the end of the move the company gave me discount apologizing for their not being on time and that really changed my impression of this move. That also made me thinks that LA Moving really care about their customers, not only about the money have they got.
