I went with my son here to pick up his car. I found the office staff to be rude (Michelle) who did not answer when the bell was rang and then yelled out me "Can you hold on" when I rang it a second time a few minutes later. After about 15-20 she came right to the counter when the mail lady showed up, grabbed the mail and then took off with out even acknowledging we were standing there. I let her know that was RUDE. She then sent us to get our car at another one of their locations and never told us it was unmanned. When I called them to find up what was going on they said the guy was walking up now, I was told this twice. Again they never mentioned no one was at that sight. When I returned to the first location the "guy" was helping other people that came there behind me before he went over there. Once we got there we found our stereo was stolen by them. Just because you run a tow yard doesn't mean you have a license to steal. A couple days later I got the pleasure of speaking to a very RUDE manager names Joe. Who did nothing but say that the CHP's dont do there jobs right when filling out reports. Funny considering ther intake report had a hand written note that the stereo was still in the car as well as the police report. BAD COMPANY.......RUDE PEOPLE....THIEVES.... Taking them to small claims to get my money back.
