I don't know about any of this 'free trial' cr-p. I didn't request any free trial. I read about this shampoo in a magazine... I think Vogue (?) ..and it's innovative technology, and I went to Dermstore and bought a $28.00 bottle of it. I also bought the conditioner. Let me tell you, I have thinning hair & problems with intermittent hair loss and I have a very sensitive scalp. VERY. This shampoo actually feels like it is penetrating the hair follicle and my hair feels and looks great after using it.
I have never had any personal experience with the company directly. You can buy this shampoo from a number of different distributors. I do think it's quite expensive, especially since you don't get a huge bottle of it for what you pay, but the product itself is great in my opinion.
~As a side note, I never do 'free trials'... I used to work in contracts, and I know all too well that you need to read ALL the fine print (which most people do not do)... Nothing is ever 'free'... There are always strings attached.
