Where do I begin. I set up a moving date with a sales rep named Josh. Josh was very polite, nice, informative and helpful throughout the whole set up. I wanted my things moved out of our storage in San Diego and move to Mississippi. Total cost was $1997.00. I was cool with that. Gave a $400 deposit and had the dates for Sunday Nov. 15th was pickup and they were to deliver on Thursday Nov 19th in Mississippi. Pickup time was from 9-11 a.m. Well I called back to schedule the dropoff for Sunday Nov. 22nd cause didn't want to take off of work anymore. Get in Diego Sat. Nov. 14th. Sunday rolls around...NO CALL from the movers. I'm at my storage and have to get this stuff out before 4:00 p.m. or else I'll be charged. At this point, I'm calling every hour after 11:00. Still just leaving messages for Josh. So they are no shows and left message to return my deposit. Monday morning Josh called me stating that I said to pick up my things for Nov. 22nd. Huhhhh? He knew I was flying out on that Sat the 14th and leaving the 18th. Told him not to mess with me and my money cause $2000 bucks is not change to me. We talking money. He said "Well I can be there now Myra...right now..we are a well known company" What!! The whole character of Josh changed. Told me our office is closed on Sunday we do need breaks too. I said you told me to call anytime at this number. How am I suppose to communicate with the movers. Finally I was fed up talking to him and wanted my $400 deposit back. He said ten days or by the end of Nov. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Starting off they will sweet talk and be very professional and when they mess up they blame you for mis-communicating with them. I even checked the email he sent me showing my deposit deducted from my balance and it showed the pickup date for Sat. Nov.14th.. the same day I flew in Diego! Really?? I will be calling them if my money is not in my account by the end of this month. RIDICULOUS!!!
