Although I ran into difficulties in the beginning and end, I wanted to say thank you to Matt and all those involved as my merchandise looks great in my new place. In the beginning, I was told my merchandise weighed over 4,000 lbs. When Matt had the trucker prove otherwise, I saved lots of money; it weighed only 2,500. Also, when the driver arrived at 11 PM and demanded money, Matt advised me NOT to do so and I appreciate his guidance. Please know that MATT is an EXCELLENT representative of your organization.
