This company does not seem care about its customers. Do not order anything directly from the company, use a distributor and let them deal with this companies incompetence. If you order from the company you will receive: damaged items, double charges on your credit card, late or no orders, orders that are missing parts,lack of response from the Sales department, excuses blaming everyone other than the company. If you are as lucky as I was, you will even be blamed for the incompetence of Keene Engineering. That's right, I was told by Patrick Keene - Sales Manager extraordinaire - that it was MY fault his company was incompetent. I give this company a zero for customer relations.
