This is a property management company with commercial real estate in Campbell, CA.
In our opinion this company provides substandard management of their commercial real estate. Some areas of the building managed by this company have fallen into disrepair and are an eyesore while other areas have tenant improvements. The building is owner managed and the owner is not receptive to the concerns of his tenants in our experience.
Also, in our experience, this landlord also is quick to confront and argue with his tenants even to the extent of hiring attorneys. Sadly, having been a tenant who terminated their lease in strict accordance with the terms of the lease, we were threatened by an attorney that we would have to remain a tenant if unable to vacate and needed to hold over our lease. At times the owner tried to break the terms of an active lease such as reducing janitorial service. Bathroom supplies are often not replaced by the janitorial staff and soap is not provided.
It is our opinion that the inexperience of this landlord and his being uninformed are reasons why these things happen. This company began property management and ownership in 2009.
