This company provides no answers as to when or if you will ever get your TV repaired. My Apex 40" has been dead for a month now. I still do not know after more than a dozen phone calls (obviously outsourced to no US 3rd party) who will ever contact me. This is the most frustrating struggle I have ever had. TV went out after 100 days and has a 1 year warranty. I finally bought a replacement tv and will just sell this one if it ever gets repaired. Nice $400 paper weight though.
