I attempting to resolve my issue with K2 direct and was treated not as a customer but as a complainer. I was banned from their forums as a result. I finally came to the BBB for resolution and was shocked to see the AAA+ rating as well. I filed the complaint and K2 feed myself and BBB a line of garbage such as they needed my account information to address the issue. Finally, after a great ordeal I received this notice back from K2 via the BBB: Company's Final Response

We have verified that you were unable to log in to the game for 15 days and have therefore awarded your account with 15 days of EXP Premium to compensate for the lost Premium days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for contacting us and for taking the time to submit communication through the BBB.
Several weeks have gone by and I have not received the restitution! I filed yet another complaint after BBB had closed the original.
K2 Networks is taking advantage of BBB and they don't seem to know it.
******* Update as of 2-16-11 BBB nor K2 Networks is handling my complaint. My complaint number is Complaint ID: 98572342. Each week I will complain to no less then two business owners each week regarding the lack of service by BBB regarding this issue. So far I have told 7 business owners about the lack of support by BBB. I demand to receive what is promised!**********
