K2 Network is absolutely terrible. I sent in FOUR support tickets to help me get my lost account's password back. I even bought Platinum Premium which was $34.95 so they would respond faster and give me better service. I sent in FOUR tickets and every single time they would tell me that they wont help me because I am Free2Play which I clearly was not. I had the highest paid premium and they still wouldn't help me. They also took 4 days to reply to one of my tickets. I even said in the ticket that I had Platinum Premium to check it themselves. So obviously they have an automated reply program cause obviously they did not read it. I play the game Knights Online for a long time and the customer service has gotten progressively worse over time. I can't stress this enough that they have to step up and help out their customers who pay for their premium which pays them or else they will lose them all. I still don't have my account back which took me months to level my rogue to 72 and get all my money on him. I had over 3 billion gold and because of K2 I can't have it back. I give K2 an 'F' overall rating.
