RUN dont walk away from them. I also was scammed with false charges. I will help the public by posting some of the bogus bills. They have resorted to stating they give refunds for overbilling and then the bank stating they do not even attempt to release those funds, so when I blocked payment they thought, they could still gain them, and sent the second letter to follow this one, which note they stated they had made a refund of the overbilling, then admit later they had no intentions.
"Your refund of $87.50 was refunded Mar/26/2011, so please allow 5-7 days to receive it.

Second response when I proved they were falsely billing:
As I mentioned previously, I can issue a new invoice for the monthly hosting plan, and mark it as paid using credits we can apply to this. This will show just host standard plan, the dates the payment ranges from and the price. We cannot do an itemised bill for what is included in the hosting plan or any further details (NOTE Here, they refused TO DO ITEMIZED BILLING THUS THE RIGHt to bill without protections)
