Purchased LG10000 had problems = Warranty solution is Stuck with a replacement phone that does not work!!

Purchased a NEW LG1000VX. Delivered reasonable quick. Worked fine until about 50th day, finally contacted them on the 60th after not solving problems. New phones have 60 day warranty. They initially argued but agreed to send a replacement. Two replacements(at my delivery expense) later and many conversations with LG and Verizon tech support, phone will not work (pictures cannot be sent/rec'd). Customer support first offers full refund, then I say yes, they tell me out of warranty period (common response)and cannot do the refund. Broken phone is mine and cannot do anything further. Their replacement phones are bad news, based upon my experience. Would not recommend them. Pay the extra and get a good quality phone up front.
