Purchased a slide just over a year and a half ago. The slide is defective and wearing in the same spot. We have been through 2 slide covers, the last only only lasting 3 months. The company refuses to return my phone calls and every time I call they just put me into voicemail. Now the slide is starting to wear in that same spot. Poor customer service and defective product.
