Very uneducated about the products they sell and won't stand behind them. Sold us a boiler that was 2 years old (we expected and were told we were getting a new unit) and have had nothing but problems with it from day one. Now they claim that it is my own fault for the problems I am having. Nothing but liars and cheats.
