I would have to agree with the other review. J.R. Dunn has the worst customer service ever. I was actually excited to shop for an engagement ring but found myself almost having to beg for help. I found it very strange for me to have to make such an effort with these tough economic times. When I finally was able to get help with the two rings I was interested in the sales woman was so rude and off-putting I left. What a terrible shame to leave empty handed but I couldn't bring myself to purchase from a store with such offensive employees.
