I ordered the wrong bike from J Bikes. When I found my mistake, I called them for a straight week. They never returned my call (or answered their phone). When I finally did get someone on the phone they assured me I could just order a new bike (the correct size) and send the incorrect one back. Once I got the right and wrong bike, I called - for TWO weeks. No answer, no return phone call. I finally gave up and asked my husband to call - he tried seven times in one day and finally got someone to answer. They said they would call him back (laugh). They emailed me and said that I could not return the bike because it had been more than "7 days (or a reasonable amount of time)" - so, they would not refund my money or take the bike back on exchange, nothing. I emailed back, to no avail. No return email, of course. It would have been nice to at least know they got my email and that they wouldn't help me -vs- just being ignored.
I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office as well.
