After installing porcelain tile purchased from the showroom, we identified a distinct color difference between the field and bullnose edge tile under the sunlight. While impossible to detect when picked up in the showroom, the flaw is distinct when looking at it in the sun. After returning the product to the store, they have taken two weeks to reject the claim on the grounds that "all tile has a shade variation." Unfortunately they consider that it's ok that all the field match perfectly (green reflective color) but are different from all the edge tile (blue reflective color).
I am very disappointed in the fact that a manager agreed when inspecting the problem, but now says it isn't a problem.
Are they going out of business, because there are signs everywhere that says all sales are final
