AVOID this company!!

A total scam. Supposedly easy-to-follow directions for iPod battery self-install don't even relate to the proper product. Several models with very different designs/construction all have the same set of inadequate instructions. Since the product can't be returned if the bubble wrap is opened, the customer is screwed.
