Things haven't improved much... avoid

I wish I had seen these reviews before I sent in my Ipod Nano 5th Gen for battery replacement. They are NOT RESPONSIVE to inquiries... they don't answer their main phone (no matter what option you choose), never reply to emails (salesteam at, customercare at, or troubleticket at ipodbatterydepot dot com), and their timeliness is pretty poor. I got my device back after a month, but I think this only happened because a tech guy named Cliff seemed to be on my side... I got his direct number after he left a vm for me.. and he was the only person to make any effort to speak with me. I also got one worrisome email from their tech team indicating some pretty devastating post repair diagnostics as part of the return of the device, but it turned out to be misleading, since it came back in good condition. Except for Cliff's intervention, I would tell anyone I had a pretty bad interaction with this company and would recommend to go elsewhere for service.
