I have only had dealings with this company through their vBulletin division, I have been left disillusioned by their handling of a recent upgrade to their software, they gave very little notice of an upgrade time frame, which has been set at two weeks, their product is only just been put into beta testing, and unless you upgrade in a leap of faith, the price literally doubles in price.
Internet Brands are not customer friendly, they are basically putting tens of thousands of customers in limbo, some people have been told that they must pay many thousands of dollars within a a short period of time or the price doubles, our existing product comes worthless over night as the cost of upgrading after the 30/10/09 is almost 90% of the new price.
I am one unhappy customer!
