My wife bought a Inogyn one g3 three years ago with a lifetime warranty. She has a problem with the machine and called and was told she would receive it in 24-48 hours. After many calls, it’s been two weeks and still haven’t received it. Some of the people she talked to on the phone were rude and argumentative basically calling my wife of lying. My wife enjoys the machine but the customer service is horrible.
