The company is to say the least, does not provide what they promise. We started the loan process in January and were allegedly locked in on a rate. The buy down was not disclosed and the flat $995 fee spiked to over $7000. After writing a complaint to the CEO, my loan was reassigned some time in April. The new account person handling it promised figures on my original loan, and promised a discount for the points and fees due to the bait and switch I was originally offered. Since then its been one excuse after another. The bond market is up, the rate wedge is too far off to execute the loan, the CEO hasnt given us final approval, the underwriter needs updated information, bla bla bla. One deferral after another. I have since requested a refund for the $995 deposit. Ill see if its honored. Bottom line, don’t use these guys, they will just drag you along and will most likely not provide what they promise.
