I am very happy and thankful with this company they have been very helpful with me i went into their company with a foreclosure sale date im grateful i went to their office my process took 5 months they kept postponing my sale date and i finally got my modification with wachovia they lowered my proncipal balance and lowered my interest rate and canceled my foreclosure process i am very happy with their services and the people are very nice they always answered all my questions thank you infinity
