This company engages in deceptive sales practices. Company representatives make repeated calls to businesses implying they are the regular supply company. The caller apologizes for not notifying them sooner about an imminent price increase, and offer an opportunity to purchase at a discounted rate. As a result, businesses report receiving unordered, or unwanted merchandise, which is sold at much higher prices that their regular suppliers. When you call to return the merchandise, they say they will have it picked up but you are responsible for a restocking fee.
