I don't think I have ever seen worse. I was looking for an order that i had placed... it took 10 minutes to determine that the order did not ship. My card had been billed though. I was told they were not in stock... even though it says they have plenty in stock on line. after many many unanswered questions I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told to "call back later..."HE'S" busy. So i asked who his boss was. he put me on hold AGAIN (spent more than 10 minutes on hold in a 23 minute conversation) after many back and forths about trying to get a supervisor he began yelling at me "ARE YOU TRYING TO GET ME FIRED? WOULD THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY? TELL MY BOSS THAT I HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG? YOU WANT ME FIRED DONT YOU" and on and on He told me he would give back the check.... I didnt pay by check. I said again i needed a supervisor. He gave me to someone that "said" her name was Candy? but she said it in a way that she didnt really know. then... when i asked her who owns the company.... she hung up the phone. Oh and the kicker? the males customer service rep told me that "This stuff is junk... why would you spend $30 on it any way" Im contacting paypal about this
