Before we started using IS Concepts for our computer services, I was the IT person and did not have time to deal with this stuff. I occasionally had issues arise that I did not have the expertise to deal with, so I would call our web hosting company for help. That was a nightmare, most of the time they would not answer and they would not call me back for days. Since implementing the IS Concepts Virtual IT Department model, we know that when we call someone will answer the phone and if our regular person is not available, someone else will help us ASAP. That is a load off of my shoulders. Now that our computers are working better, the productivity in our office went up. I’m now able to get forms out faster and without errors.
We would and have recommended IS Concepts to other businesses for all their computer needs.
