David was THE WORST live chat advisor I've ever spoken to! he's rude, impolite, unfriendly, unhelpful! he was just awful, he's so moody too!!!! he said to me "i don't want to speak to you"!!!!! i am how rude is that?! he's suppose to be friendly and nice but nope, never having him again!!
