Scammed...Returned...Collections Threats
Received a call from this company stating that we were low on toner (basically what everyone else posting about experienced). An employee fell for their deceitful tactics and the toner was shipped. Once it arrived we realized this was not our official supplier and that the person who okayed the order was duped. This employee then immediately returned the package and we heard nothing of it for 2 months. Now we receive a delinquent notice with a collections threat. When I call to dispute I am told the items did not arrive, but they never came back to us. I informed the rep that we were lied to when persuaded to order these items and she did not seem surprised or apologetic at all and basically, she cannot do anything to help me. I am told the company that IDCSERVCO was working for and attempt to contact them but all of their numbers are disconnected—strange and very convenient considering this all began in November 2012. Now we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. This is ridiculous and bad business practicing! They already have an F on the BBB and I will definitely be adding to that poor score.
