IDCSERVCO are thieves, plain and simple.

No stars ever! They are thieves, and they won't stop at anything! Same experience as others report still going on in December 2012. Not only did they charge our company $397.86 for 2 cartridges using the same ploy of "toner is going up , order now, we're your supplier for RICOH", they won't stop phoning! Different person every day, always a private non-identifiable phone number, very businesslike. Some times they are nice, apologetic even, once I was cursed at for not complying with the "time to re-order" request.
They had my name somehow even though I was new at the time and faxed the agreement at the same time that my actual business contract was ending because they couldn't support the model of my copier anymore. The coincidence of this timing is unnerving. I am so angry that I didn't refuse shipment, and actually paid a partial amount of the invoice after negotiation. They are masters of confusion and obfuscation. How are they legally allowed to continue operation is the question?
