Bad business practices do not buy from them-no stars
This company had one of it's telemarketing companys (Warehouse Service Center, Inc) call me and tell me that I had a toner cartridge on backorder, so being the trusting person that i am i signed the fax and sent it back. I got the bill and realized that usually i don't get billed for our toners, then i really read the fax and it said they weren't affiliated with our toner company. i called them to ship it back and then they wanted a %20 restocking fee. so either way they get their money. i have read a lot of reviews and the classic response is that they don't solicit sales calls, well what's the difference if you have telemarketing companies do it for you. If you really want to be credible you would stop supplying the telemarketers. All I wanted was to return the product plain and simple. oh and not to mention the lady that took my call (Stephanie) was just not a nice person.

Dear k.v., I see from your posting that you have the impression IDCSERVCO hires telemarketers to solicit for us. Actually, the companies that assign orders to us for processing choose to use our service, and we charge them a fee. I want to be sure your situation was resolved; did the IDCSERVCO take any action on the order?
