I purcahsed a chair from Human Touch a little over a year ago. When the motor began to make noice I called the company. They honored the chairs warranty and sent out a new one. However, the chair arrived with assembly required which proved to be diifcult for a novice. When aske, the company offered to have someone assemble for a charge of $250. I would call the warranty a partial warranty only and one which was not made clear in any material.
