Very poor customer service

Very poor response from sales And customer servic. I purchased online and never got a confirmation call from sales even after I left a message to return my call. I had to search and make several calls only to be stuck with a person who knew very little about my order especially the 5 year extended warrant. I was directed to a web site to find for myself my warranty information and it was not there (yes I know how to use the internet as I have been using it for over 20 years) Only after several calls did I get very little information on my extended warranty. The response was you need to wait several weeks to get it in the mail. OK which is it? Do I find it online or wait for mailing. This is terrible customer service and doubt I will purchase from Howard's again.
