I purchased the product using online website. I cancelled order 2.5 hours later when I realized that I could buy only one product (not the two you have to buy on the site), and have it shipped for free from an Amazon seller. I was told that 2.5 hours later my order had been shipped and sent (clearly a lie if one follows the tracking number--it did not go our until the next day). So I am stranded with a return that I will pay to return, and the loss of the egregious $40 S&H.
It would be swell if the BBB ead these and adjusted the profile of A+ accordingly. This is a scam...
