This company has taken my money and not delivered the product. Their customer service personnel and their supervisors promise to resolve the issue which is somewhere in their I.T. department. As a customer I should not have to go through this and to top it off, their service people are rude and quite arrogant. After promising to resolve the issue within 2 weeks, it has been three. When you contact the customer service number you get a recording and you sit and wait to even talk to someone for sometimes over an hour. I have bent over backwards trying to resolve and even offered to put on my credit card but was told I couldn't do that. All I want is delivery. This has been going on since the beginning of November. Homeland Housewares shouldn't be doing any business this way if at all. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!!!
