I bought the magic bullet and also the new machine (big) food processor and juicer. I purchased the lifetime warranty and upgrade motor to 500 rpms. I asked when I called if they had had any problems with the plastic parts on the machine and they said no. The product was great except in one month the juicer jumped gears and ate the gears off the bottom of the stainless steel extractor and top of motor. These parts were plastic. When I called the company they said that they had had a lot of problems with the plastic parts and that an upgrade would be out in 6 to 8 months but if I waited to return the machine I would have to pay for shipping back and forth each time to have it fixed until an upgrade was made. If I returned it in the first 30 days I would not have to pay shipping and the return labels were on the box. When I arrived at UPS the labels on the box were not prepaid costing $26.00 to return and when I got my credit they took $49.99 for the shipping to my house even though the product was faulty. When I talked to them they denied ever saying the shipping was covered but after further argument they credited me 29.99 leaving me still out $40.00. This company was not pleasant and said they played back my pre-recorded conversation and also said they would call me once they played this back but never did. The story they said they told me was totally different than what the representative had told me and I told them they were not telling the truth nor did they play back the message. I asked to have the pre-recorded conversation played back to me and a supervisor and they would not. I would not purchase from them again. Shipping should be refunded to a customer to and from when it is due to a product that doesn't hold up and a part is faulty.
