There is a reason this company is rated an "F" from the BBB. My son and daughter-in-law have been waiting and paying Home Savors of Irvine for 7 months, and still just get empty promises. $900 up front and they take $500 a month from their checking account. My son calls just about every week to find out what is going on. No one seems to know, attorney is working on it, papers are being submitted, someone will call you back, and the list goes on. He usually gets an answering machine, leaves a message and never gets a reply. My son and his wife are losing their home. This company has done nothing but take money. I did not even want to rate this company with a single star, I would have preferred not to put a star at all, but was not give the opportunity.
