Homeowners beware. This company and the representatives know the right words to say and how to convince you that a loan modification is the best way to go with your house when you can't get a refinance. They would first say that President Obama has just approval a grant program on modification loans. They said we were preapproval at a 2.5% rate which would lower our monthly mortage. To good to be true. We wasn't sure at first and then my husband would say, we have been struggle for years with a high interest maybe this is an answer to our prayers. They would requested info. saying that our bank need this info. and at times may need additional info. They requested bank statements, pay stubs, tax info., utility bills, etc. They even called to say congraulation you are pre-approval and this program is the best way to go. After, the first month I started asking question on our loan modification. They would say it was in process and it takes a little time. Just be patience and relax, everything is working out for your good. No one will take your home, that's not going to happen. Their representatives would called me back immediately when I talk about our refund. It just didn't feel right living in our home after 11 yrs and now not paying anything. I finally woke up to what was going on. After the third month I finally called our bank and no calls nor record of this company ever made contact with them. I requested that the business with them closed and requesting our refund and they never did anything to help us. Now they are not emailing nor calling. I have requested serveral times for the money back guarantee that is on the form that they sent us. Now since asking for our money back their is no contact between us and this company. Homeowners, if you have send them your bank account info, advice to you is change your bank information so at least they can not take any more money from you than they already have and you don't have nothing to show for it. Now my husband and I have to try to clean up this mess and get back on track with our mortage company and try to save our home. I have no rating for this company they don't deserve even a zero.
