After being denied a loan modification through the mortgage company, both my husband and I felt this was the answer to our prayer. They painted stars in our eyes. We faxed every piece of paper requested. What a run around! We paid $1495 for nothing but a few calls that assured us that our loan was being processed. At first we received weekly updates. Then the calls dwindled to every other week. Now, I can't even get through to them. We are now $1495 out of pocket, with little hope, but fully aware that our home will be repossessed. Don't be fooled by their treachery. This company is running a SCAM. As the old saying goes, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."
