Home Loan Relief Center, Offered to help me and my family. We were in foreclosure for our home. They had full contact with us at the beginning of our process for a loan modification. They took our $2500 which could have been a mortgage payment. They said they could help and that all the paperwork has been submitted. I sent countless emails and had barely any response. After many emails. I was contacted every now and then with some excuse that our loan person was no longer with the company. They reassured me they were working on it and sorry for the inconvenience. My foreclosure was getting closer and closer, I was so scared and not ready to give up the "home" I loved. We were served court papers. We even received an auction date for our home.
HLRC only contacted me when I was frantic, they told me not to worry this was the process. Two weeks before the Auction (Jan 13, 2010) I went on the better business bureau to find out Home Loan Relief Center was NOT a credited program. They are a scam. They took my money and had no worry that me and my family was going to be homeless. They have not once contacted me again. I still call once a week and send countless emails to many of the associates that was involved. I have had no response, I am still struggling and need that money back.
I hired a credited Lawyer who explained so much to me. I don't want anyone to fall for these SICK Companies praying on unfortunate people.
With 2 weeks before the auction, the new company saved my home.
HLRC has not returned a phone call or email since the beginning of January. I want and need my money back.
