We sincerely apologize for this situation. We understand customer's frustration and try our best to have the manufacturer pick up wrong item as soon as possible. This item was shipped directly from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer made a mistake. Such errors are rare, but unfortunately do occur from time to time. The only we can do in this situation is to push the manufacturer to pick up wrong item ASAP. Again, we sincerely apologize for this delay and will follow up closely on the status of the replacement item
