Not A Happy Camper!

I signed up for service with Home Front but I am very disgusted with their work! Yes, the service guys are very polite but I don't pay for just politeness, I pay for service. One of my main concerns was rats in my attic. All he did was open the trap door
in my hallway leading to the attic and climbed up MY ladder which he asked to borrow. He placed 2 rat traps just inside the opening without even stepping into the attic. When I asked him why he didn't go into the attic, he said they couldn't be liable. WHAT?
If they can't go up into the attic, how can they be effective? All others have gone up there and set traps deep inside. He made the excuse that it's only the small businesses that might go up there. NO! I've hired well-established businesses like TRMNX. I
won't say the full name since I can't. Several others have been up there to install ceiling fans, wiring, etc. I also asked him about spraying a slope in my back yard and he said they couldn't go up there because they can't be liable. AGAIN? My gardeners go
up there. Actually, he didn't even have to climb up there, just spray, which he didn't do. He gave me that same excuse 3 times on one other thing too. I had to follow him around to make sure he sprayed everywhere. He said he covered the flower beds but I was
there and he barely sprayed it. I had to spray with my own Home Defense when he left. I figure I can do the same job myself. One other main thing is that every time I call, even though they should be open for business, I ALWAYS get a voice mail either saying
they are closed or something and I never get a call back. I have to keep calling or just give up. I mentioned that to the technician and he said "Oh, it's a very busy time of year". I questioned the fact that it doesn't matter how busy they are, they never
call me back. When I finally got through one time, and one time only, the person told me they were getting ready to hire more help that week. A couple of weeks later when I called....same thing, voice mail. I am very disgusted with Home Front. I would never
recommend them. Now let's see if they let me out of their contract!
