You should see the real review of this company's services at http://www.yelp.com…. Not surprising to see that this company has more bad reviews than good on that other review site. Their billing and service practices are dishonest to say the least. They
come to your house offering great service and their "quarterly" visits except they never show up. If you don't call, they just keep collecting their $100 every three months and do absolutely nothing for it. Their business model relies on the same apathy tactics
that fitness companies use for gym memberships. Keep paying even if they don't provide you with any service. If you remember to call them for service, they show up weeks later and are at your home for 5 minutes. You still have spiders and ants. They keep billing
and, when you are finally tired of their sub-standard service, and breach of their own contract, they start having their collections department (one very overworked young lady) start calling you to harass you. When you ask why they didn't they fulfill their
end of the agreement, they ignore the statement and keep hounding you. When you refuse to pay, they hire an actual collections company to jack up your credit and continue the campaign of harassing calls. All this for $106. This company is by far the most worthless
waste of money you will ever experience. Save yourself the hassle and buy a can of Raid. The results will be the same and you will have paid far less for it. Ultimately, I talk to a lady named Vanessa at HomeFront and she said HomeFront would consider backing
off their collection agency if I agreed to come back to them as a client. Huh? In any event, their collection gestapo got their money. After a series of threats to harm my credit for the next seven years, I buckled and paid these people their extortion money.
After all of this I did a tally of the damage. Overall, they took nearly $500 out of my pocket for their "services" over the one year I contracted with them. They showed up at my house a total of three times in that year. I had ants and spiders every day that
I lived there. They cost me time and money hassling with them and their collection teams. Word of warning, If you read this, try Pro Pacific, Terminex, or any of their competitors. Watch the terms of the contract closely and make them do their jobs. If you
are with HomeFront now be careful of the contract end language that says you have to give them 30 days notice even though the contract is only for one year. Good luck.
