Warning Warning Warning !!! On June 7, 2010 I placed an order. I received an email ( 2 weeks later)stating that I needed to call them about the order instead of them calling me, this email came on June 23, 2010. I called them and they said that the wanted to confirm that I ordered the product and that it would ship today. I asked them if the item had shipped and he said no not yet... I was furious, my event was in two days and it hasn't even shipped yet. So I told them that I wanted to cancel the order and that they have had two weeks to get it to me and they blew it so I wanted to cancel. The guy said just send it back ( at my cost of course). I sent it back on June 25, 2010 and still, as of today I have not gotten my 206.00 back. I have been on hold for as long as 29 minutes the first call and then again for 19 minutes the second. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We did have a delay in shipping the order as the mixer ordered was out of stock at time of order .costuemr was informed via email that the order is on back order.
Our notes indicate that at the time that costumer actually costumer called to cancell the order the package had already shipped. We informed the costumer to refuse the package and not to accept delivery . This way costumer dose not have to pay for the return of pacakge .
A full refund has scince been issued to the costumer .
