I ordered a Acme Monster-T price was good shipping was fair. After getting the Rc home I read the manual that was provided. After reading and putting fuel in I started the RC. It started with no problem the problem came in when I tried to get the RC to move. The wheels never turned. After inspecting the truck I found that some of the teeth on one of the gears were missing. After looking further, I found that a bearing on another gear was missing. I tried to call during normal hours and never got an answer just no one was available to take my call and click. I emailed them and was told "If the spur gear is stripped, the wheels will not move. You should always make sure the gear alignment is properly set. This is usually not under warranty because if it is not correctly aligned, the spur gear can be stripped in just 2 seconds. Thank you." So I reread the manual and adjusting gear alignment was not listed anywhere even if it was the bearing would have still been missing. Very disappointed. I have sent another email to them and also have emailed the manufacturer maybe someone will make this problem right. If I could rate as a zero I would very poor customer service and ever worse a company that does not stand behind there product.
