My Husband hired Heritage to do some work on our already installed garage door & opener. Alberto, who was very nice, did most of the work, less some weatherstrip that he was short. The problem is that in work that was done, he created a short, or something, that won't allow the door to always close. The very next day, I called at 7:45am, and was told I would receive a return call when Alberto arrived at "any time now." At 10am I called again, and was told Alberto wasn't supposed to be able to get back till between 5-6pm. He NEVER showed. No call-back, no return call....NOTHING! Luckily, my son was able to get it to work, but fast-forward 2 days later-and it's doing it again!!! Now Alberto can't come back till TOMORROW morning! I guess Heritage doesn't have a problem with my garage door gaping open, BUT I DO! This company not only SEEMS to care less, it seems un-organized, and I think Alberto is their ONLY field employee. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he was available, then SUDDENLY he wasn't! ANY business should be appreciated, but especially now, in this economy. To me this is VERY BAD BUSINESS! I'm not trying to be unreasonable, and I understand mistakes happen, but this lack of concern & customer service is UNACCEPTABLE! !!!!!!!!!!!!

Please keep in mind we were not the original installer of this garage door and garage door and opener we were called out to fix someone elses installation the door opener it appeared to be an intermitant problem We are sorry for any mis-understanding we may have had with our customer however I feel this complaint should be against the original garage door company that installed the door and opener
